Reservierung/Anzahlung:
For a fix booking we ask you for a pre-payment at a high of EURO 300,00 per booked room to our bank account. Your booking is fixed when we have made a written confirmation and after we have got the payment on our bank account. Within any cancellation notice the ÖHV terms. Within any cancellations please notice the Austrian hotel contract.

Booking conditions:
Prices are per person and day during a stay of at least 4 days, including half board (overnight stay, breakfast buffet, dinner, partially drinks) as well as all charges. Within a stay only with breakfast (without dinner) will be a reduction at a high of EURO 10,00 per person and day. If you stay in a double bed room only with one person we charge EURO 30,00. Within a stay of 3-4 days we charge EURO 10,00 short stay addition per person and day. We don´t accept any pets!
For paying we accept EC-card. But we will be pleased if you pay in cash.
At a late arrival or early departure, the room rate will be calculated (90%) from the normal price.
If you have booked any packages and you arrive late or departure early we wont give any refund on the package including services.
At the day of arrival the rooms are ready at 03:00AM and there wont be a choise menu.
At the day of departue we ask you to check out until 10:30PM. Am Abreisetag bitten wir Sie, die Zimmer bis spätestens 10.30 Uhr zu räumen. In case of dispute subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract. Upon request we offer you a cancellation, termination of travel insurance Children reduction is only possible with a original passport!
