General information

Prices are per person and day, for stays of at least 4 days, including half- board (accommodation, breakfast buffet, dinner, some beverages). The local tax of resp. € 3,20 per person and day (from 15 years) is charged extra. For accommodation with breakfast buffet only (no dinner) € 10.00 per person and day will be deducted from the half-board price (not applicable to package offers, room rates or special rates). Please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 Sect. 1 Z10 FAGG (Austrian Distance and External Selling Act) does not apply.

Our included services

Our inclusive services for all packages

• large breakfast buffet with muesli, juice bar and much more
• cakes and snacks - in the afternoon from 3:00pm to 5:00pm - from the buffet
• dinner with several main dishes (one main course is always from the region of enjoyment "Paznauner Almkäse and always one vegetarian) to choose and an extra children's main course, as well as salad and domestic cheese from the buffet
• in the time from 06.30pm to 08.30pm (winter) and 06:30 to 08:00pm (summer) we offer you in the dining room inclusive and without limit: draft beer, red or white wine, Galtürer mountain spring water with or without carbonic acid, apple juice, cola, lemon lemonade and skiing water
• once a week Galadinner (winter)

The Hotel Zontaja also offers you:

• free wireless Internet access throughout the house
• a cozy bathrobe in the room (only for adults)
• one parking space is available per room
• the free ski bus transfer to the ski area of ​​Galtür or even to Ischgl, starts for you directly in front of our house

Reservation/Deposit

When making a reservation, please make a deposit of € 300.00 per room by transfer to our bank account. We reserve the right to request up to 80 % of the reservation sum as a deposit. Payment

Payment in cash, with ec card and also with Visa and MasterCard possible.

Meal times

Breakfast: 07:30-10:00, afternoon snack 15:00-17:00 and dinner from 18:30 to 20:30, for dinner, beverages are then also included during this period.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted!

Late arrival

In case of late arrival or early departure, the room rate will be charged (90 % of the regular rate). When booking package offers, no refund will be made in case of late arrival or early departure or for any included services not used. Here you can find the Special offers.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for occupancy from 15:00. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10:30. In case of early arrival or late departure (Late Check-Out) you are welcome to book our extra package Early Check-In light or Late Check Out light as an add-on. Subject to availability, it is also possible to use the room until 17:00.

Childrens discount Winter

Children's discount incl. Zontaja half-board: (only for extra beds in parents' room or with two guests in the room paying full price)

• Children up to 2 years 85 % discount 
• Children from 3 to 7 years 65% discount
• Children from 8 to 11 years 50% discount
• Children from 12 to 16 years 30% discount
• Youths and adults from 17 years 10 % discount

Children's discounts can only be granted on production of an official photo ID!

Single room/Short stay

Single rooms are available only on request. If a double room is occupied by only one person, we will charge 70 % of the daily rate for the second bed. For stays of less than 4 days, a supplement of € 10.00 per day per person will be charged. In other respects, the general remarks apply.

Internet

Our hotel is equipped with Wi-Fi. You will receive a code at reception, with which you can surf the Internet or send emails. Downloading data is limited in the standard Wi-Fi. You are welcome to buy a ticket for high-speed Internet if you require larger amounts of data.
