The room rates quoted are per person per day, from a minimum stay of 2 days, including half board. The local tax of € 3.20 per person per day (from 15 years of age) will be charged separately.
The "from prices" represent the lowest price in the cheapest category without catering.
Overnight stays with breakfast buffet only (without evening meal) will be deducted € 10.00 per person per day from the half-board price (does not apply to package deals, group prices or special prices). We would like to draw your attention to the following: the 14-day right of cancellation according to § 18 para. 1 (10) FAGG is not applicable.

One bathrobe per adult is available free of charge for the duration of your stay. We kindly ask you to leave the bathrobe in spa bag in your room on the day you leave. Should you purchase or take the bathrobe with you, we will charge € 59.00 per bathrobe.

The bus stops to Galtür and Ischgl can be found right in front of our hotel and can be used free of charge using your guest card. A timetable can be obtained from our reception or can be viewed here.

Check-in: after 15:00
It is of course possible to arrive earlier at any time, but we are unable to guarantee that the rooms will be ready for you to move into before 15:00. An early check-in incl. breakfast can be booked on request. No refund or reimbursement of consumption or accommodation costs will be made if you arrive late or depart early.

Check-out: before 10:00
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 at the latest on the day you are due to depart (please hand in your key card). Please settle your hotel bill by 21:00 the evening before so that you do not have to wait long when checking out. Late check-out (from € 50.00 per double room) is only possible by prior arrangement with reception.

Feel free to charge your vehicle at our car park. An electric car parking space will be provided if you have registered this in advance. The charging process is billed by an external company for a fee. Kindly note that once a certain charging time has elapsed, a per-minute fee will be charged (idle fee). It is possible to pay using a charging card or by scanning the QR code on your mobile phone at the charging station.

We hope you understand that if you do not turn up for dinner, you will not be reimbursed for the consumption costs.

It is possible to charge any type of consumption to your room (you will need to state your room number to our service staff). Please check and sign the bills in the evening or the next morning on your breakfast table. By signing the bill, you are helping us to avoid later disputes. If you do not sign the bill, we will assume that you have accepted it.

Feel free to park and charge your mountain bike or electric bike in our lockable ski storage room - monitored by CCTV.

You can enjoy free drinks in the dining room with your evening meal from 18:30 to 20:30 during the winter and from 18:30 to 20:00 during the summer: draught beer, red or white wine, apple juice, still or sparkling Galtür mountain spring water, cola, ski water and lemonade are available free of charge and with no limits.
Please understand that drinks consumed outside the dining room will be charged. There are no exceptions.

A special kind of gift - also for those who decide on the spur of the moment. We would be happy to customise your gift card at reception.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept pets.

Your key card also locks the hotel door in the evening. Access to the wellness area is possible during opening hours (see notice board). The ski storage room can be accessed until 20:00.

You can obtain the access link for the free Wi-Fi at reception. High-speed internet is available for an additional charge, but please contact reception directly for this.

Valid with two full paying adults in a double room and in the junior suite, and only on presentation of photo ID:

• 0 - 2 years: 85%
• 3 - 7 years: 65%
• 8 - 11 years: 50%
• 12 - 16 years: 30%
• from 17 years: 10%

Each room is allocated one reserved parking space directly in front of our hotel. Parking for electric vehicles is only possible by prior arrangement.
You can park in front of the hotel entrance for check-in and check-out.

As intervening factors can always occur, and you may not be able to begin your holiday as planned, we recommend to you taking out travel insurance with our partner "Europäischen Reiseversicherung".

We are always on hand to provide you with information at any time from 08:00 to 22:00. You can reach us on extension 9.

You can borrow a backpack for your hike or excursion in summer during your stay (subject to availability).

Our storage room can be found in the cellar and is accessible from 07:30 to 20:00 using your key card. The ski & boot room is also monitored by CCTV for greater security.

The Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006 dated November 15^th, 2006) are applicable to our hotel. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. We would like to draw your attention to the following: the 14-day right of cancellation according to § 18 para. 1 (10) FAGG is not applicable. Winter

• Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 90 days prior to your arrival date.
  Your deposit will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee.
• From 90 days to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the holiday price.
• From 30 days to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the holiday price.
• From 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the holiday price.
• Cancellation on the day of arrival or early departure: 100% of the overall price.

Sommer

• Up to 14 days before arrival: can be cancelled free of charge
  Your deposit will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee.
• From 14 days to 7 days before arrival: 40% of the holiday price.
• From 7 days to 3 days before arrival: 70% of the holiday price.
• From 3 days to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the holiday price.
• Cancellation on the day of arrival or early departure: 100% of the overall price.

The cancellation fee will be applied from the date we receive the written cancellation notice and will be deducted from the total package price.
